the 2013 Ford Fusion, which will attempt to do justice to a much wider audience than the current model thanks to the introduction of three different versions: regular gas, hybrid and plug-in hybrid.
While the plug-in hybrid or Ford Energy as she likes to call, is not on this year's launch is available, the hybrid model will be.

As with the previous generation, Ford is hoping its 2013 Fusion Hybrid is a class leader in fuel efficiency. It predicts gasoline consumption by 47 in the city and 44 mpg on the highway.
If Ford reaches these numbers is exceeded, the car fuel economy to which both the 2012 Toyota Camry Hybrid (by 4 mpg city and 5 mpg highway) and the 2011 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid MPG of 12 mpg and 4, respectively.

Combined output of the new Fusion Hybrid's 2.0-liter Atkinson-cycle four-cylinder engine and electric motor will be 180 hp.

That pretty much covers the vital few specifications Ford has been released.
But, thanks to the introduction of an online configuration for the 2013 Fusion lineup, we now have an idea of how much the car will cost.

(Note that Ford, the listed prices and features for the survey says, and may change at any time.)
For the basic 2013 Ford Fusion Hybrid, you'll be looking at a preliminary starting price of $ 27,995.
This is a bit steeper than the $ 25,990 starting price of the Camry hybrid and the $ 25,850 sticker of the Sonata Hybrid, but you get one of the best-looking mid-size sedans on the market - along with a number of extras.

Some of the features mentioned, though not confirmed, including 17-inch aluminum wheels, SYNC with MYFORD connectivity, two customizable LCD screens in the dashboard and a powered driver's seat with 10-way adjustment and lumbar support.

If you are looking for a regular merger, starting price at just under $ 22,495 when, if you (the default as part of the Fusion Hybrid System), the fuel saving stop-start function you want, you have to shell out an additional $ 295.
